Who in their right effing mind draws something like that and then thinks “Hey, that looks good.” It's like every nefarious old timey villain cliché wrapped into one character. “White suit? Check. Top hat? Check. Monocle? Check. Cape? Check. Stupid looking shoulder frilly things? Check. Dumb weapon? Check. Well, boys, we've got our super villain.” It's like the creator of this hideous thing put random items into a hat and decided “Eff it, too much work. I'm just gonna dump all the paper out and use 'em all!” I mean, somewhere along the way in the sketching process the artists mind had to be screaming “STOP!!!!” If only they had listened... I guess I should be happy he doesn't have a thin mustache to twirl between his fingers while cackling evilly.

This thing freaks me out, but at the same time makes me laugh a little too much. I also could not be angry over it because it adds to the fact that Lupin is a freaking goofball. I mean, who else besides him would put a human mask on a dog? Nobody, that's who. And for that, it's a nice addition.

This guys hair is hideous and I can't stop staring at it.

It's like he can't read things close up so has to hold his phone as far away from his face as he can to see what number he's calling.

Seriously, Japan, is there nobody in your country you could go to for sign writing help? There is also a thing called the internet in which to search people out to help you. And knowing how people will use real life stuff to reference, I would be even happier if this was a sign somewhere out in the real world. But with the lack of spaces and bad Engrish, I'm just gonna have to be annoyed.


And this is exactly why this combination should have never been. Yes, lets take two animes with two completely different art styles and put them together. That will look normal and natural.

I don't think I have ever seen this done before in anything. "We interrupt this program to show you a definition." Lupin could have easily explained this in the script. Or have it even more unbelievable and have Jigen explain it, since he's always the super genius.


So, taking his hat off and pulling up the hood part is hiding his face? How does that make any sense?
